ReachFive Appoints Jonathan Roch as Chief Product Officer


Paris, November 5, 2020 - ReachFive, a SaaS-based Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform vendor, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Roch as Chief Product Officer. He will be responsible for driving ReachFive's product strategy and the development of new features to meet changing customer needs and expectations.


Jonathan Roch joins ReachFive as CPO. With more than 15 years of experience in product innovation, data solutions and building agile teams, he will be reinforcing the executive team and reporting directly to Jeremy Dallois, CEO. His main mission will be to provide brands with a solution that helps create a frictionless customer journey, builds customer loyalty and accelerates digital transformation. As ReachFive is at a crucial growth stage in its development, Jonathan will also be responsible for understanding the needs of new markets, both in terms of new business sectors and geographical expansion. To do this, he will oversee and strengthen the ReachFive product team.

Jonathan Roch began his career as Product Manager and Product Owner in various companies such as Maileva, Docaposte and JC Decaux. In 2017, he joined Dhatim, a French software publisher specialized in artificial intelligence, as Product Director, and was then appointed Head of Product at VTC LeCab. Before joining ReachFive, he was VP of Product at Opendatasoft, a data collection and sharing platform.


Jonathan Roch holds a Master's degree in Marketing Strategy & Management (Audencia) and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management (Brunel University London).
